U2 manager Paul McGuinness has denied a report on FoxNews.com that the Irish quartet is leaving Universal Music and possibly signing a comprehensive new deal with the Live Nation concert organization. According to HitsDailyDouble, McGuiness sent out an email in which he stated that the report was "untrue...U2 has an excellent relationship with Universal. We have recently re-licensed both masters and copyrights to them." Inside sources added that the group has recently re-signed with Universal for four more albums. Frances Bean Cobain, the 15-year-old daughter of late Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love, has been photographed for a pictorial in the March issue of Harper's Bazaar. No other details were available, although there was some online speculation that she was going to model for Chanel in 2008. Frances has stayed mostly out of the public spotlight until now, giving only three official interviews to date. (RollingStone.com)
