Bullet For My Valentine wants your best scream

Bullet For My Valentine has teamed up with music Web site Buzznet.com to sponsor a contest for the best metal scream. The grand prize winner will walk away with a $500 gift certificate to Guitar Center and an ESP guitar autographed by the entire band. Fans interested in entering must submit a video of their best scream to the band through Buzznet. The scream must be no longer than 30 seconds and the video must have no other sounds in it except for the scream. Entries will be judged on the uniqueness of the scream, how extreme it is, the passion it is delivered with and the environment in which the scream takes place.

The deadline for entries is midnight PT on April 16th.

"Scream Aim Fire" is the title of the first single from Bullet For My Valentine's new album of the same name.

The U.K.-based act is currently on the Taste of Chaos tour with Atreyu and Avenged Sevenfold. The lineup pulls into Chicago on Tuesday (March 11th).
