Legends confirm Metal Masters tour

Judas Priest and Black Sabbath offshoot Heaven And Hell have confirmed that they will appear this summer on the first Metal Masters tour, a 17-date trek scheduled to begin on August 6th in Camden, New Jersey. They'll be joined on the bill by Motorhead and Testament. Priest will debut several tracks from its upcoming concept album, Nostradamus, although singer Rob Halford added that the band's live set will feature "a combination of Priest classics -- including songs from our catalog never before played live."

Priest will issue Nostradamus, its 16th studio effort, on June 17th. The group will perform the double CD in its entirety on a fall tour later this year.

In conjunction with Heaven And Hell's appearance on the tour, a five-CD Black Sabbath box set titled The Rules of Hell will be issued on July 22nd. The set will include remastered versions of all four albums Sabbath recorded with singer Ronnie James Dio.

The Dio lineup is now using the name Heaven And Hell to avoid confusion with the Ozzy Osbourne-fronted version of the group.
