Paul Rodgers talks about new Queen CD
Queen + Paul Rodgers are putting the finishing touches on their upcoming studio album, expected out in September. It finds the former Bad Company frontman teaming with Queen members guitarist Brian May and drummer Roger Taylor. The album, tentatively titled Cosmos Rocks, marks Queen's first new set since 1995's Made In Heaven, which featured material recorded just prior to Freddie Mercury's 1991 death. Rodgers first linked with Queen on tour before the group decided to record new material. He tells us how it all came about: [

It's fantastic actually. I really enjoyed it. They're suburb musicians -- Roger and Brian. They approach everything in a creative manner." Pre-orders are currently being taken for the new album at QueenOnline.com.
Queen + Paul Rodgers will tour Europe this fall. They plan to hit the U.S. next year.
Rodgers will reunite with his surviving Bad Company bandmates Simon Kirke and Mick Ralphs for just one night, on August 8th in Hollywood, Florida at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.
