Dee Snider says Twisted Sister live DVD was a fan labor of love

Frontman Dee Snider says that the deluxe CD/DVD Twisted Sister: Live At The Astoria, which chronicles the band's 2004 return to London, England, was truly made from a fan's point of view.

Snider told us: [ Click to listen if you have a backstage pass] "They shot it from the fan perspective. More from the floor, not so much angelic, grandiose shots floating above the crowd. This one, not only was shot from a fan point of view, but we got a fan to edit the footage. Yeah, she was a pro -- but she was a fan first. And we said 'Here's the footage, how would you like to see this thing."

Highlights on the set included such Twisted Sister classics as "We're Not Gonna Take It," "I Wanna Rock," "I Am, I'm Me," "You Can't Stop Rock N' Roll," "Destroyer," and others.
