Foo Fighters live on Facebook

Foo Fighters staged a live performance at their Studio 606 rehearsal and recording complex in California on Friday (October 30th), with the show streamed live on Facebook.

The concert was also webcast on Livestream.com. You can watch a free re-run of the performance at facebook.com/foofighters.

The live event came just days ahead of the November 3rd release of the Foo Fighters' first greatest hits collection.

The set contains two new songs, "Wheels" and "Word Forward." A deluxe version of the 16-track Greatest Hits will contain a DVD of videos and live performances, along with a 28-page book featuring never-before-seen photos from throughout the band's history.

Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl's other group, Them Crooked Vultures, will release its self-titled debut disc on November 17th.
