A: We are The Rock Radio LTD, thanks for asking. We operate from Cyprus, a small island in the Mediterranean sea.

Q: So what makes you different from anyone else?
A: Where do we start ?
1) We are true rock fans and are not influenced by the music labels.
2) We do not accept cash for reporting certain stories; only gold.
3) The are no "clone DJs" as you are probably used to.
4) In true rock n' roll style, there are no rules. Just rock music 24/7.

Q: Why then "The Rock Radio"?
A: We play rock, remember? Classic rock and new rock. And the website features rock news and rock information.

Q: What's your motto?
A: "If it's big, we play it!"

Q: Do you pay music royalties?
A: Yes. We operate under license from swcast.net.

Q: Who pays for the station's and website's operational costs?
A: We do with the help of advertisers. Some funds are drawn from listeners who subscribe to the Backstage Pass service. We will continue broadcasting until we run out of money and food. After that we'll beg. And we're not joking.

Q: When/where/how do you Broadcast?
A: 24/7 all over the world. Listen via Windows Media Player, Real Player/Real One, Winamp or iTunes.

Q: How often will you update the Website?
A: The website is updated several times per day with original news content and sounbites.

Q: Finally, do you drink and smoke whilst on air?
A: Of course we bloody do! We occasionally have sex too. This isn't your average station, you know.
